01Terms and Conditions

Eligibility and minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account and place real-money bets worldwide. Registration asks you to confirm your age and accept the terms before the account goes live, and proof of age is requested at verification.

Online gambling law varies widely from one country to the next. Access to the site does not by itself mean play is permitted where you live, and checking your local rules before depositing remains your responsibility. If your account is found to sit in a restricted region it can be closed and the balance returned.

Your account

One person, one account. Duplicate accounts, shared logins and details that do not match your payment method are the most common causes of restrictions and closures, so register with real information from the start.

Every bet placed through your account is treated as valid, which makes login security your own responsibility. Keep credentials private, log out on shared devices, and use the password reset flow rather than passing details to anyone else. Access from an unfamiliar device can trigger an extra verification check.

An account with no login activity for 12 months is marked inactive, after which a fee of $12 per month may be taken from the remaining balance until it reaches zero or you log back in.

Deposits and withdrawals

The platform settles internally in USD, so a deposit made in another currency may pick up a conversion fee on your bank's side. Deposits intended to activate a bonus must arrive as a single transaction: split payments do not qualify.

Withdrawals run back through the method you deposited with. Card deposits are refunded to that card up to the value deposited, and anything above that is paid out by another approved route. The minimum withdrawal is $12 for standard methods and $577 by bank transfer, with daily, weekly and monthly ceilings of $4,614, $11,534 and $46,136.

Processing normally completes within 24 hours. Verification, mismatched documents or betting activity that bears no reasonable relation to the amount deposited can pause or decline a payout.

Bonuses and promotions

Bonus funds and free-spin winnings carry a 40x wagering requirement unless the specific offer states otherwise, and only slots contribute towards it. Table games and live-dealer games count for nothing while a bonus is active.

While a bonus is running the maximum stake is $5.77 per spin, jackpot titles are excluded from bonus play, and a long list of individual slots is excluded from wagering. Cancelling a bonus forfeits every winning attached to it.

Bonus cards are chosen in the cashier at the moment of deposit. An offer that was not selected before the deposit was confirmed cannot be added afterwards.

Betting rules and settlement

Sports markets settle under the rules published for each discipline, and those rules genuinely differ from sport to sport. Basketball and handball markets exclude overtime by default, Aussie Rules settles on exactly 80 minutes, and floorball settles over three 20-minute periods.

A few further examples give the flavour of it: Formula 1 bets are void if a driver leaves before qualifying begins, golf head-to-heads need at least one completed round to stand, beach volleyball excludes golden sets, bowls voids outstanding bets the moment a player leaves, and a postponed chess fixture settles at odds of 1 while an interrupted one cancels all open markets.

Obvious pricing errors, markets left open in error and events whose result cannot be confirmed by the official source may be voided and stakes returned.

Account closure and complaints

You can close your account at any time by contacting support, and any confirmed balance is returned through an approved method once verification is complete.

Complaints go to support@20bet.com with your username, full name and a clear description of the issue, plus supporting evidence where it helps. A complaint can be raised within 6 months of the event, though not within 7 days of a withdrawal, and a response may take up to 4 weeks. Disputes that cannot be settled directly may be escalated to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission.

02Privacy Policy

What is collected

Registration collects your name, date of birth, email address, country, currency and password. Verification adds identity documents, proof of address and proof of the payment method used. Using the site adds technical data: IP address, device and browser, pages viewed, and the bets and deposits placed on the account.

How it is used

Personal data is processed to run the account, settle bets and payments, meet the operator's legal and licensing obligations, prevent fraud and money laundering, and provide support. It is also used to apply the responsible-gambling limits you set and to send service messages about your account.

Marketing messages depend on the consent you give at registration or later in account settings, and that consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the account itself.

04AML and KYC Verification

Documents required

Verification asks for a valid identity document (passport, driving licence or national ID), a proof of address dated within the last 90 days, and a screenshot or photograph of the payment method used. How to pass first time

Photograph documents in full, with all four edges and every line of text visible, without cropping, glare or editing. Use the same spelling of your name on every document and match it to the name on the account and the payment method. Submit everything within 14 days of being asked; leaving it longer risks the account being closed.

Control measures

As a licensed operator, 20Bet monitors deposits and betting patterns for signs of money laundering and must report suspicious activity. Accounts may be frozen while checks are carried out, third-party payments are refused, and turnover that bears no sensible relation to the amounts deposited can block a withdrawal until it is explained.

05Responsible Gambling

Tools available

Deposit limits can be set daily, weekly or monthly. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately, while raising one takes a minimum 24-hour waiting period, and a deposit limit set to zero cannot be changed for a full 6 months.

Loss limits cap what you can lose over a period, wager limits cap total betting volume, and session time limits cap how long a single sitting can run. Take a Break applies a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours and starts the moment you ask for it.

Warning signs

Chasing losses, staking more than you planned, borrowing to play, hiding how much time or money is going in, or gambling to escape stress rather than for entertainment are the signals worth acting on. Set the limits while it still feels easy to set them, not after a bad run.

Protection of minors

Accounts are restricted to players aged 18 and over worldwide, and age is checked at verification.
